We heard God speak the name Field of Shiloh for our ministry. 

Field, because we hold our gatherings on a physical field of rural, natural beauty in San Juan Capistrano, California.  This property is to be a spiritual field where you encounter the Living God—a place where heaven and earth intersect. The rural land, and the historic 101 year old Swanner House that sits upon it, are part of a 65 acre parcel that is stewarded by the family company of one of our ministry’s founding members.

Shiloh, because of our Savior and our holy pursuit.  Shiloh, a Hebrew word, is another title for our Messiah, and it shares the same root with the word “shalom,” meaning peace, wholeness, nothing missing, nothing broken. This is what God has been, is, and will always be about. We, at Field of Shiloh, pursue the shalom of the Kingdom of God.  

We started Field of Shiloh based on a heavenly vision that this will be a place where He is pleased to reveal Himself to us and draw us unto Himself.

If we come and slow down…

If we step out of the frenetic pace of our lives momentarily, and come intentionally to a peaceful place, to sit and wait and listen under open skies and open heavens...

If we dare to enter into the deep places of our soul, and open those deep places to God, we will spend time in His Kingdom and in His Presence, we will be transformed.

We will encounter God, Himself.

We will go deeper into Jesus, and we will find rest--the true, the deep soul level rest that we crave.

We will find joy welling up from our inner beings.

We will behold Love with a capital L, and be held in Love.

And it will change everything.
